Old Calhoun Medium Roast Coffee
Small batch roasted in the Upstate by Silva coffee. There's a new (old) kid on the block. . .Old Calhoun is our original roast! We've recreated the days of roasting in our home made roaster, when we would do several 7 lb batches of coffee from Chiapas and mix them all together. Old Calhoun is a single origin coffee from Mexico that is roasted at 3 different levels then blended all together for a well rounded cup.
